We offer a range of options to suit every dog’s needs:

  • Solo Dog Walks – One-on-one care tailored to your dog’s pace and personality.

  • Group Walks – Great for social dogs who enjoy exploring with others.

  • Full-Day Hikes – For high-energy dogs who love adventure and exercise.

  • Puppy Visits – Perfect for young pups who need company, feeding, and toilet breaks.

We also provide pet transport to the vet, groomer, or daycare when needed.

3. How much do your services cost?

We offer flexible pay-as-you-go options and money-saving subscription plans starting from £80 per week for up to five hours of walks.

4. How do I book a walk or service?

Booking is easy!


You can contact Rich directly by phone or email, or send a message through our website. Once we’ve discussed your dog’s needs, we’ll arrange a meet-and-greet to get to know you and your pet before the first walk.

5. Will my dog be walked with other dogs?

That’s entirely up to you.


We offer both solo and group walks depending on your dog’s temperament, confidence, and your preference. Solo walks are ideal for dogs who prefer personal attention, while group walks provide socialisation and play.

6. Do you walk dogs off the lead?

We only walk dogs off-lead with your written permission and once we’re confident in their recall and behaviour. Your dog’s safety always comes first, so off-lead walks are only done in secure or safe open spaces.

7. Are you insured and DBS checked?

Yes! Wags2Walkies is fully insured, and Rich is DBS checked for your peace of mind. We take your dog’s safety and your trust seriously.

8. What happens in bad weather?

We walk in most weather conditions — rain, wind, or shine!
However, if conditions are unsafe (such as extreme heat, storms, or ice), we’ll contact you to rearrange or modify the walk to ensure your dog’s well-being.

9. Do you offer puppy care or house visits?

Yes! Our puppy checks and home visits are ideal for younger dogs, older pets, or those recovering from surgery. We can feed, play, clean up, and make sure your pup is comfortable while you’re away.

10. What is your pet transport service?

Our pet transport service offers safe, fully insured travel for your pet to vets, groomers, or daycare appointments. We use secure travel crates and seatbelts to ensure your pet’s comfort and safety throughout the journey.

11. Will I get updates about my dog’s walks?

Absolutely! We love sharing your dog’s adventures. After each walk or visit, you’ll receive a photo update and short report, so you can see how much fun they’ve had.

12. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by cash, bank transfer, card, or monthly subscription. Invoices can be provided for regular clients.
